Ross School Series Announces Aretha Franklin will Perform

Ross School produced @ross series is pleased to announce the addition of Aretha Franklin to its already exciting lineup of events to take place this August at the school in East Hampton, NY.   She will join a wide array of talent and a slew of exciting events which include concerts with the Jonas Brothers and The B-52s, performances by Grammy Award winning pianist, Emanuel Ax and the critically acclaimed classical violinist, Joshua Bell, a benefit for the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation, a comedy night featuring Saturday Night Live's Seth Meyers and Greg Giraldo, a cuisine & wine event created by Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group, a theater night including South Pacific's Kelli O'Hara and "Movin' Out" star Michael Cavanaugh, a well-being event featuring Urban Zen Foundation founder Donna Karan with Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Kris Carr, Jill Pettijohn, Dr. Jamie Naughright, New Spirituality author & lecturer Marianne Willamson, Tibetan Buddhist scholar Robert Thurman, and a film event featuring a tribute to Sydney Pollack.  Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group will provide food for all the events except Andre Agassi Foundation benefit.

All events will take place in the intimate settings of the Ross School's Upper Campus in East Hampton, NY (18 Goodfriend Drive) and will provide the community with up close and personal performances to benefit Ross School programs and scholarships.
