Robert Jagerhorn presents Waiting for Hitchcock at the United Solo Festival at Theatre Row in New York City (410 West 42nd Street) on Friday the 11th of October 2013 at 9pm. Waiting for Hitchcock is a unique one-man show combining magic, comedy and theater.

Waiting for Hitchcock premiered and played at the Helsinki City Theater 2009-2011. The show was extended twice. The international debut of the production was made last summer in London at Jacksons Lane Theatre and at South Hill Park in Bracknell. After the US debut in October the production is heading towards the Boulevard Theatre in Stockholm, Sweden. Both the original version and the international version are directed by Neil Hardwick and performed by Robert Jagerhorn.

Robert Jagerhorn is a professional actor and magician from Finland. He was an apprentice of the famous Finnish magician Solmu Ma?kela?. Jagerhorn has a Master's degree in Theatre and Drama and he has been working as a full time professional magician since 1997. After the turn of the century Jagerhorn started to focus on creating his own full evening theatre productions. Jagerhorn is a pioneer within the magic field. His original approach is what he calls situational magic, in which he combines various elements of magic and theatre into a comprehensive package.

The international touring is supported by Arts Promotion Centre Finland and CircusInfo Finland.
