ReGroup Theatre Benefit Wine Tasting Set for Tonight, 9/5

To raise the final funds needed for their fall productions of Claire and Paul Sifton's 1931- (The Living Theatre, Oct 4-21) and Dawn Powell's Big Night (Shetler Studios, Nov 28th-Dec 3rd), the ReGroup Theatre is receiving a 2.5 hr tutored wine tasting event thrown by the Moore Brother Wine Company tonight, Sept 5th, 2012.  The event will be held at the Moore Brothers, 33 E 20th St, NYC from 6-8:30. Tickets are available for $100, but with the code PATRON, tickets are only $75 at www.smarttix.com or by calling (212) 868-4444.
 
The ReGroup recently published The Lost Group Theatre Plays: Vol II, featuring 2 never-before-published plays from The Group Theatre, Nellise Child's Weep or the Virgins and Robert Ardrey's Casey Jones. The volume also featured Mr. Ardrey's classic Thunder Rock and a foreword by Wendy SmithLast year, they published Vol I, featuring John Howard Lawson's Success Story and Gentlewoman along with The Sifton's 1931- and a foreword by Estelle Parsons.  Both volumes are available at amazon.com or via www.regrouptheatre.org
