Wednesday, October 31, 2012) The five-time Tony Award-nominated musical ROCK OF AGES, which recently celebrated its 1500th New York performance and is currently the 61st Longest Running Broadway Show in history, will play a special Halloween performance this evening, Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 8pm at The Helen Hayes Theater (240 W 44th Street). Tickets are available at Telecharge.com and at The Hayes Box Office.

The music that ignited a generation is heating up Broadway in ROCK OF AGES. The classic rock love story of the decade erupts into Broadway’s Best Party, all to the sounds of such feel-good, sing-out-loud songs as “Every Rose Has Its Thorn”, “I Wanna Know What Love Is”, “Here I Go Again”, “Don’t Stop Believin” and more.

ROCK OF AGES currently stars a “Supergroup” of performers including Ashley Spencer as “Sherrie,” Justin Matthew Sargent as “Drew,” Jeremy Woodard (original Broadway Cast member) as “Stacee Jaxx,” Genson Blimline as “Lonny,” Nick Cordero (original National Tour Cast Member) as “Dennis,” Cody Scott Lancaster (Original Toronto Cast Member) as “Franz,” Michele Mais (original Broadway Cast Member) as “Justice,” Josephine Rose Roberts (Original Toronto Cast Member) as “Regina,” and Paul Schoeffler (original Broadway Cast Member) as “Hertz.” Rounding out the cast are Tessa Alves, Tony LePage, Michael Minarik, Jennifer Rias, Cassie Silva, Andre Ward and Neka Zang.

In addition to being a bona fide Broadway hit musical, ROCK OF AGES was a runaway success in Toronto and Australia, and is currently rocking London’s West End; is on its Second U.S. National Tour; will open a sit-down Las Vegas Production in December 2012; has licensed productions in several additional countries, including Korea and Japan; and is now a major motion picture starring Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Diego Boneta, Julianne Hough, Mary J. Blige, Brian Cranston, Malin Ackerman, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Paul Giamatti.

ROCK OF AGES is produced on Broadway and world-wide by Matthew Weaver, Jonathan Linden, Michael Cohl, Carl Levin, Jeff Davis, Barry Habib, Scott Prisand and Relativity Media.

Tickets for ROCK OF AGES at The Helen Hayes can be purchased via Telecharge.com, by calling (212) 239-6200 (outside the NY metro area (800) 432-7250) or in person at the Helen Hayes Box Office.
