Nick Cordero, an original member of the first national tour cast of ROCK OF AGES, joins the Broadway cast of the five-time Tony nominated hit musical on September 24, 2012 at the Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street). Cordero, who will make his Broadway debut, is stepping in for Adam Dannheisser as "Dennis," the owner of The Bourbon Room, while he is on leave to play a role in Disgraced at Lincoln Center Theater's Claire Tow Theater from September 24 – November 18, 2012. Dannheisser returns to ROCK OF AGES on November 19, 2012.

Nick Cordero's theatre credits include Off Broadway's The Toxic Avenger Musical (Original Cast), the first national tour of Rock Of Ages , regional productions of The Toxic Avenger Musical (George St. Playhouse) and Little Shop of Horrors (KCRep). Other select credits include: The Last 5 Years (Heritage Theater), Equus (Citadel Theater), Blood Brothers (Theater Aquarius), Tony n' Tina's Wedding (Second City). TV/Film: Queer As Folk (Showtime), Don Juan (Aleph Motion Pictures).

ROCK OF AGES, which recently celebrated its 1500th New York performance, continues to offer Broadway's Best Party at the Helen Hayes Theatre eight times a week. The smash hit musical opened on Broadway on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 and played its final performance at The Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Sunday, January 9, 2011 before re-opening at The Helen Hayes Theatre on March 24, 2011.

The music that ignited a generation is heating up Broadway in ROCK OF AGES. The classic rock love story of the decade erupts into Broadway's Best Party, all to the sounds of such feel-good, sing-out-loud songs as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn", "I Wanna Know What Love Is", "Here I Go Again", "Don't Stop Believin" and more.

ROCK OF AGES currently stars a "Supergroup" of performers including Ashley Spencer as "Sherrie," Justin Matthew Sargent as "Drew," Jeremy Woodard (original Broadway Cast member) as "Stacee Jaxx," Genson Blimline as "Lonny," Adam Dannheisser (original Broadway Cast Member) as "Dennis," Cody Scott Lancaster (Original Toronto Cast Member) as "Franz," Michele Mais (original Broadway Cast Member) as "Justice," Josephine Rose Roberts (Original Toronto Cast Member) as "Regina," and Paul Schoeffler (original Broadway Cast Member) as "Hertz." Rounding out The cast are Tessa Alves, Joey Calveri, Tony LePage, Michael Minarik, Jennifer Rias, Cassie Silva, Andre Ward and Neka Zang.

In addition to being a bona fide Broadway hit musical, ROCK OF AGES was a runaway success Toronto; just completed its First National Tour of 60 cities, starring original Broadway cast member and Tony Award nominee Constantine Maroulis; has productions running in Australia and in London's West End; has licensed productions in several additional countries, including Korea and Japan; and is now a major motion picture starring Tom Cruise, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Diego Boneta, Julianne Hough, Mary J. Blige, Brian Cranston, Malin Ackerman, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Paul Giamatti.
