Broadway hit GOD OF CARNAGE may be extending its run on the Rialto, according to Variety. The trade paper recently spoke with GOD OF CARNAGE star Marcia Gay Harden, and when asked if the show might extend, Harden replied "We are trying to figure it out. If we can all go on, we will, happily. We are such a team."
When asked if the award-winning actress had read the extremely positive reviews of the show, Harden added that, "Honestly, I haven't. Our director, Matthew Warchus, asked us not to read the reviews. He is afraid we will begin to perform the play according to what the reviewers said and not the way we originally conceived it."To read the full Variety article, click here.

The Daily Telegraph called it "a crackling night" and The Daily Mail called the play "terrific stuff." The Daily Express said it was "a triumph" and The International Herald Tribune proclaimed "'God of Carnage' is an expert piece of stagecraft and savagely funny."
