RIALTO CHATTER: Chenoweth to Depart PROMISES 9/26?; Returns to GLEE Next Season

According to published reports, Kristin Chenoweth has confirmed that she will be departing PROMISES, PROMISES on September 26, 2010 and head back onto the GLEE set to film additional guest appearances.

Writes crushable.com: "Kristin - currently on Broadway in the musical Promises, Promises - says she leaves that show Sept. 26, after which she'll tape appearances as April Rhodes (Mr. Schue's washed-up high school classmate) for next season, among other projects."

Chenoweth tells the site yesterday while atending Cosmo's 'Practice Safe Sun Awards' in New York: "The only dirt I have is that Matthew Morrison is the love of my life, dang it...oh, I love him...I just have to say how proud I am of [GLEE]. I'm proud that I took that on. I can't wait to come back and I'm very honored they wrote that part for me. I think that what they've done is they've made being a nerd cool. And I was certainly one in high school so I'm really glad they did that."
