On January 6th 2011, Broadway's Luis Salgado and his team of R.Evolucion Latina went beyond by sharing the hispanic tradition of the Three Kings Celebration with kids in the NYC area. The emblematic Light from the magical star lead the Three Kings to Teatro SEA, New York's Only Latino Children's Theatre, who recently moved to its new theater in the 1st floor of the Clemente Soto Velez Cultural and Educational Center to celebrate one of the most important Latin American Holidays for children, El Día de los Tres Reyes Magos/Three Kings Day.
On this day, the first 1,000 kids to arrive at TEATRO SEA will personally meet the Three Kings as well as receive a FREE gift.
Along with performer Luis Salgado was Teatro SEA's Executive Director, Dr. Manuel Morán and the participation of Pedro Luis Garcia "El Bacan Bacan" of Telemundo, Assembly Member Felix Ortiz, as the Three Kings supported by members of R.Evolución LatinaParents had a chance to take pictures of their children with the three kings and capture this magical moment.The gifts provided were kindly donated by Hispanic Federation, El Diario-La Prensa, Telemundo, GOYA, R.Evolución Latina, Macy's, Aerosoles, AARP, JP Morgan Chase, City Lore, Toys for Tots and SEA.There was a Special musical performances by Los Pleneros de la 21!
