REFLECTIONS: ART AND BEAUTY Exhibition Benefits The Watermill Center Residency Grant Fund, Beg. Today

Sherle Wagner International, the premier source, world-wide, for luxury bath hardware, and bath accessories has paired with the recently launched publication Fairweather Magazine to host a special exhibition and sale of contemporary art to benefit The Watermill Center John Chamberlain Residency Grant Fund.

"Reflections: Art and Beauty" an exhibition of contemporary art curated by Alexandra Fairweather, Daneyal Mahmood, Katherine Vogel and Maria-Anna Goess will be held in the luxurious flagship showroom of Sherle Wagner, 300 East 62nd Street, New York City tonight, March 27 from 6pm to 8pm.

Special guest hosts of the by invitation only event include Wendy Federman, Sara Herbert Galloway & Barry Klarberg, Eric Goodman, Joan Hornig, Anne Huntington and Nicole Miller.

The Watermill Center, an interdisciplinary laboratory for the arts and humanities was founded by theatre and visual artist, Robert Wilson, as a place for young and emerging artists to work, learn, create, and grow with one another. Watermill integrates performing arts practices with resources from the humanities, research from the sciences, and inspiration from the visual arts.

The Watermill Center John Chamberlain Residency Grant Fund to benefit the Center's year-round Artist Residency Program was launched two years ago by art advisor, filmmaker and Fairweather Magazine publisher Alexandra Fairweather in honor of her late step-father the world renowned artist John Chamberlain. The Artist Residency Program provides a unique environment for young and emerging artists to explore and develop their work.

Among the art on sale for this very special benefit will be works by Robert Indiana, Robert Motherwell, Milton Avery, John Chamberlain, Alex Katz, Tigran Tsitoghdzyan, Craig Poler, Guillaume Roemaet and Jeremy Wagner, grandson of Sherle Wagner. As well, there will be a selection of artworks especially created for The Watermill Center's Annual Summer Gala and Art Auction, the most eagerly anticipated event on the Hamptons social calendar attracting attendees from around the globe.
