Project Paul to be Presented as Part of United Solo Theater Festival, 10/26

On October 26, 2011 at 9pm, "Project Paul," a theater piece bringing to life the Apostle Paul's life and writings through new music, drama, video art and light, will be performed at the Studio Theater at Theatre ROW (410 W 42nd St.) as part of the United Solo Theater Festival (www.unitedsolo.org).

Developed by the non-profit Spark and Echo Arts, this solo show was created in collaboration with dozens of actors, musicians and designers including composer/performer Jonathon Roberts, video artist Scott Baye and writer Christy Bagasao. After over 80 shows across the country, this evening will mark its NYC debut. Spark and Echo Arts, a non-profit arts organization, is a living body of multi-disciplinary artwork that captures the richness of Biblical text and imagery, inviting creative people from diverse backgrounds to react to the Bible using their talents. Spark and Echo Arts develops, inspires, and commissions original art, live performances and interactive workshops on its way to illuminating the entire Bible through the arts.
