Primary Stages will present a one-night only special benefit event, "An Evening of Humor and More with Charles Grodin," on Sunday evening, April 15th at 7:00 p.m. at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues).  

"Charles Grodin, comedian/actor/playwright/commentator/author, returns to Primary Stages for an evening of talk and humor to benefit the theatre company's on-going artistic programs.  During the evening, Mr. Grodin will share his amusing adventures on Broadway, in Hollywood, on TV, and in the radio and literary worlds," state press materials.

Charles Grodin has appeared on Broadway in Tchin-Tchin, Absence of a Cello, and Same Time, Next Year.  His film credits include Rosemary's Baby, The Heartbreak Kid, and Midnight Run. He is currently a commentator for CBS News.  Last season, Primary Stages presented the NY premiere of his play The Right Kind of People.
