Tickets for the new musical In Transit will go on sale exclusively for American Express Card Members beginning Monday, July 25, 2016. With a book, music and lyrics by Academy Award winner Kristen Anderson-Lopez (Frozen), James-Allen Ford, Russ Kaplan and Sara Wordsworth, In Transit begins performances on Thursday, November 10, 2016 and officially opens on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street). Directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall (Anything Goes, Nice Work If You Can Get It), In Transit features vocal arrangements by Deke Sharon (Pitch Perfect, "The Sing-Off") and musical supervision by Rick Hip-Flores (Rocky).
Beginning Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 10am EST, In Transit tickets will be available through Audience Rewards (www.AudienceRewards.com), Broadway's official rewards program. Members of the program will be able to purchase tickets and earn Audience Rewards Bonus Points through Monday, August 8 at 9:59am EST.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public beginning Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10am EST, and will be available at www.InTransitBroadway.com, www.Telecharge.com (212.239.6200) or at the Circle In The Square Theatre box office (235 West 50th Street).
Tickets for In Transit range from $89 - $159.
Featuring an a cappella score from the talents behind Frozen and Pitch Perfect, In Transit is a new, modern musical bringing to life a vivid tapestry of characters and music in the city that never sleeps...or stands still. Inspired by the vibrant rhythms of life on the subway, In Transit follows the intertwining lives of eleven New Yorkers, all hoping to catch the express train to success, love and happiness...and the stops they make along the way.
