BILLY BELL'S LUNGE DANCE COLLECTIVE, Natalie Douglas, Mark Hartman, TAYLOR James Watson TO PERFORM IN PLAYTHINGS' SECOND ANNUAL GALA "LIKE A PLAYTHING"

Directed by Jason Brubaker with performances by Billy Bell's Lunge Dance Collective showcasing Billy Bell (So You Think You Can Dance); Brandon Cournay (Musical Chairs); Shelby Colona (Peter Chu's award-winning piece This Thought); Kate Harpootlian (Dancing with the Stars); and McKenna Birmingham (Radio City Rockettes) with Natalie Douglas (Scrapbook 2.0" Birdland Café Carlyle); Mark Hartman (Broadway's "Avenue Q).

Playthings mission is to create an artistic environment for the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) community and their allies to provide a context of understanding the complex roots of sexuality. By doing so they bring both classic and contemporary works from the LGBT writers to the stage to enlighten the brilliance and elegance of the community. The company provides performances about the LGBT community that will shape not only an understanding of its past sacrifices, but of the present and future endeavors which it wishes to achieve.
