On Monday, October 17, at 6:30 PM, the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation will host the Restore Brooklyn Annual Benefit gala, honoring Congressman Joseph P. Kennedy III, Tony Award-winning director Kenny Leon, Jay Walder and Jacqueline Berrien (posthumously). The evening's presenters will include board member Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Tony Award-nominated actress and producer LaTanya Richardson Jackson and attorney Ted Wells.
Proceeds from the 2016 Restore Brooklyn Annual Benefit Gala will enable the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation to sustain critical programs and services, that foster economic self-sufficiency, enhance family stability and growth, promote the arts and culture and transform Brooklyn neighborhoods into safe, vibrant places to live, work and visit.
