Tony Award-winner Karen Olivo joined Rufus Wainwright for the 'True Colors' Cabaret on January 11. Piper Perabo will host the evening.

The True Colors Tour has partnered with Feinstein's at Loews Regency, Broadway Impact and the True Colors Fund to present the "True Colors Cabaret," a monthly series in support of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) equality. Each show intertwines performers from the world of Broadway and popular music, along with a celebrity host. 100% of the net proceeds from each show will go directly to the True Colors Fund and Broadway Impact.

The True Colors Cabarets, which premiered in September 2009, have consistently sold out. Past shows have featured performances by Cyndi Lauper, Sara Bareilles, Lea Michele &Jonathan GroffGavin CreelMelinda Doolittle and Stephanie J. Block.

Karen Olivo is a Tony Award-winning stage and television actress, who is known for originating the role of Vanessa in the Tony Award-winning musical 'In the Heights' both on and off Broadway. She is currently starring as Anita in the revival of West Side Story. Olivo was also nominated for both a Drama Desk and an Outer Critic's Circle Award for her performace as Anita. Other stage roles include 'Rent', 'Hair', and 'Miracle Brothers'.

Rufus Wainwright is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter. He has recorded five albums of original music, EPs, as well as tracks on compilations and film soundtracks.
