After the Tuesday, June 19th show, the stars of Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular - Anthony Crivello, Kristi Holden and Brent Barrett - celebrated the show's upcoming first anniversary on the Las Vegas Strip (the technical first anniversary date is June 24th, but the theatre is dark on Sunday). Following the 7 PM performance, the festivities continued at David Burke Modern American Cuisine.
Since last June, Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular has been an audience hit and was named number one show of the year by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Phantom is produced by The Really Useful Theatre Company Inc. and BASE Entertainment. It stars Crivello and Barrett, who alternate in the role of the Phantom, and Holden and Elizabeth Loyacano, who alternate in the role of Christine. Holden recently replaced Sierra Boggess, who will star in Broadway's The Little Mermaid.
The Phantom of the Opera features music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Charles Hart, additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe, book by Richard Stilgoe and Andrew Lloyd Webber and orchestrations by David Cullen and Andrew Lloyd Webber. It was originally produced by Cameron Mackintosh and The Really Useful Theatre Company, Inc.
