Beats for Boobs, the all-volunteer San Francisco based organization that grants financial support to local breast cancer nonprofits, will present an electrifying evening of fashion, live performance art, and riotous DJs on turntables at their 11th annual fashion show and fundraiser tonight, January 24th from 7pm - 2am at Mezzanine, 444 Jessie Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. For the past eleven years, Beats for Boobs has combined art, fashion, food, music, and education to inspire the community to take action, volunteer, and to donate. Following the huge success of their 10th anniversary event in 2014, Beats for Boobs has tuned up the dial to 11 to make the 2015 event louder, fiercer, and the best one yet!

Ticket prices are $40 early bird (ends January 9), $50 general, and $100 VIP (includes champagne upon arrival, drink specials all night, 2 raffle tickets, prime viewing of fashion show, Beats for Boobs take home gift, exclusive VIP bar and food, and cocktail service.) The evening starts with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and exciting entertainment by Pop Roxwell, San Francisco's 2013 and 2014 reining Air Guitar champion, a performance by Bay Area based fire and light dance troupe Solar Flare, the GoGopro Performers, and aerial chains performance by Cindy Kaori of TrapezeWorld. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle for a chance to win fabulous prizes including gift certificates to local eateries, premium wines and weekend getaways.

The highlight of the event is an over the top fashion show featuring models wearing the latest fashions by local Bay Area designers including Shawna Hofmann for Five and Diamond, Warrior Within Designs, Silver Lucy, Dark Garden, Pretty Kitty, and Romantic Rock. The evening will include dancing to some of the Bay Area best DJ's including Mancub (Space Cowboys), shOOey (Space Cowboys), Haute Mess (Brass Tax), Mark Slee (listed, House-Heads), Atish Mehta (listed), and Lumenetti (Sunday Best) who will be spinning all night long.

BREAST CANCER EMERGENCY FUND

Breast Cancer Emergency Fund responds quickly and compassionately to provide emergency financial assistance to low-income women and men of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties who are in active treatment for breast cancer, in order to cover basic human needs, lessen financial burdens, and improve quality of life. www.bcef.org

BREAST CANCER FUND

The Breast Cancer Fund works to prevent breast cancer by eliminating our exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation linked to the disease. SHANTI'S MARGOT MURPHY BREAST CANCER PROGRAM

Shanti Breast Cancer Program is one of San Francisco's most highly regarded breast cancer support programs offering free one-on-one Care Navigation services, in-home peer support, advocacy, translation and transportation assistance and health education in Spanish, Cantonese and English. For the over 450 individuals served annually, the majority are low income and underserved women, and their services ensure that they can access medical care, complete treatment regimens and enjoy an improved quality of life with better health outcomes. http://www.shanti.org/pages/about-breast-cancer-program.html

WOMEN'S CANCER RESOURCE CENTER

WCRC provides an array of services designed to help clients cope with the physical and emotional changes caused by treatment, the disease, and the challenges of caring for someone with cancer. Core programs include: information and referral to community resources, support groups, in-home support, psychotherapy, emergency financial support, wellness workshops, and cancer navigation to ensure appropriate care and treatment. www.wcrc.org

Beats for Boobs is a volunteer organization that grants financial support to local breast cancer organizations that offer direct services to survivors and people battling breast cancer and organizations that promote prevention. Beats for Boobs inspires greater awareness, greater activism and increased donations for the breast cancer community through our creative and collaborative signature event where we remember and celebrate life. For the past 11 years, Beats for Boobs has united the community to support local breast cancer organizations through art, fashion, food, music and education. www.beatsforboobs.org
