Audiences celebrate the North American Premiere of Edward Scissorhands, the new dance-musical devised, directed, and choreographed by Matthew Bourne, at San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre from Nov. 11 through Dec. 10.

Edward Scissorhands has toured Asia and the United Kingdom prior to making its North American premiere in San Francisco.

With only scissors for hands, Edward must find his place in a strange new suburban world where the well-meaning community struggles to see past his appearance to the innocence and gentleness within."
Edward Scissorhands is based on themes from the original motion picture score by Danny Elfman by arrangement with 20th Century Fox, with new music and arrangements by Terry Davies.

Edward Scissorhands features costume and set design by Lez Brotherston, lighting by Howard Harrison, and sound by Paul Groothuis.
Show times are Tuesday – Saturday evenings at 8:00PM; Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00PM; and Sunday Nov. 26 at 7:30PM.
No performance Thanksgiving, Nov. 23.
Running time of 1hr 55mins with one 20min intermission.
