The Friar's Club (57 East 55th Street, between Park and Madison) held a celebrity luncheon for Tony and Emmy award winning actor Friar David Hyde Pierce on Monday, September 10. Pierce was the special guest speaker while a number of celebrities, including Friar Bebe Neuwirth were in attendance.
2007 Tony Award Winner David Hyde Pierce, currently starring on Broadway in Curtains, is best known for his eleven year run as Dr. Niles Crane on the hit television show "Frasier;" a role for which he won four Emmys, and was nominated an unprecedented eleven consecutive times! Prior to Curtains, he starred on Broadway in Spamalot for which he received nominations for the Tony & Drama Desk Awards. The celebrity luncheon series are produced by Randie Levine-Miller.
