The New York Musical Theater Festival will present River's End, a new musical with book and lyrics by Cheryl Coons and music by Chuck Larkin, from September 21st through October 1st.

"Based on the real-life disappearance of Glen and Bessie Hyde who vanished on their daredevil river-rafting honeymoon to the Grand Canyon in 1928, River's End weaves together two completely different versions of their journey, with two pairs of actors playing the Hydes-and two surprising theories of what might have happened to them," state production notes on the show, which was previously seen at the Marin Theatre Company.

The cast includes Evan Casey, Colby Foytik,
Dani MarcusDani Marcus, Phyllis Somerville, Tempe Thomas, and Warren Kelley.

River's End plays at The TBG Theatre (312 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor) September 21st at 8:00pm, September 22nd at 4:30pm, September 23rd at 8:00pm, September 24th at 4:30 pm, September 27th 9:00pm, and October 1st at 1:00pm. Tickets are available at
