Scott Davenport, Chief Operating Officer of Freedom to Marry, will be honored for his enduring support of Family Equality Council and fierce advocacy work on behalf of LGBT parents and their children. A co-founder of Family Week, Scott has been a gay parent and activist for over 20 years. Scott was granted the first co-parent adoption in the District of Columbia, and was instrumental in forming Rainbow Families of DC.
