Lindsey Alley will bring her one-woman show, Look Ma...No Ears to New York's Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 W. 42nd St.) for a limited six-week engagement, April 29 – June 6, 2006. Co-authored by Stephen Winer and Alley with music and lyrics by Bob Stein, the show officially opens on Saturday, May 6. Ben Rimalower directs.

According to press notes, the show "is a hilarious musical memoir co-written and performed by Lindsey Alley, known best for her years on The New Mickey Mouse Club. With original music by Bob Stein, Lindsey's satirical send-ups will send audiences reeling in this honest and touching tale of a small town girl making it in the big city -- with, of course, her mother to thank."

Alley has performed in theatre, television and film since the age of six. In 1989, she was cast as a Mouseketeer in the Disney Channel's "All New Mickey Mouse Club." She spent six years and seven seasons on the show and performed alongside Keri Russell, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears. Alley has performed on stage regionally in productions such as Paper Moon (Addie Pray) with Gregory Harrison and Christine Ebersole at the Coast Playhouse, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Rosemary) at Tulane's Summer Lyric Theatre, Proof (Catherine) at Theatre Winter Haven and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change (Woman #2) at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse. She also understudied the role of Older Helen in the Broadway production of Hollywood Arms.

Beginning Saturday, April 29, Look Ma...No Ears will play Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 3 p.m. and Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Tickets are $35 each and are now available online at ticketcentral.com or by calling (212) 279-4200. The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located in the West Bank Café on West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues.
