On Monday, January 28th at 9pm, Jay Kuo played to a sold out audience at The Lambs Club in An Evening with Jay Kuo, the premiere event in EMERGING, a new Broadway composer cabaret series presented by Darrel Alejandro Holnes.

The musical performance featured TV and social media icon George Takei (Star Trek) and singers Lily Tung Crystal (WORLDS APART), Kit Farrell (INSIGNIFICANT OTHERS), Gaelan Gilliland (9to5, LEGALLY BLONDE, WICKED), Braxton Molinaro (Oklahoma! The TV Movie), and recording artist Blair Shepard in concert with Mr. Kuo. And the night ended with the incomparable, Tony Award winning performer Lea Salonga (LES MISERABLES, MISS SAIGON), who delighted all with "Higher", a new show stopping number from ALLEGIANCE, Kuo's new musical making its Broadway debut next season.
