The Lincoln Center Theater/ LCT3 production of The Who & The What, by Ayad Akhtar, directed by Kimberly Senior, is playing through Sunday, July 27 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65th Street). The Who & The What, which features Tala Ashe, Greg Keller, Nadine Malouf, and Bernard White, just opened and you can check out photos from the big night below!
The Who & The What tells the story of Zarina (Nadine Malouf), a brilliant and outspoken Pakistani-American writer, who goes to great lengths to please her family, even dating a convert to Islam (Greg Keller) to please her traditional father (Bernard White). But when her father and sister (Tala Ashe) read the manuscript of Zarina's novel about women and Islam, a confrontation ensues which threatens to tear their family apart for good.
