New York's best gay and gay friendly comics get together on the first Wednesday or Thursday of every month to present HomoComicus at Gotham Comedy Club (208 West 23rd Street).
On Wednesday, August 1 at 8:00PM, HomoComicus: A Midsummer Night's Scream, hosted by Frank DeCaro from Sirius Radio's "The Frank DeCaro Show," and author of "A Boy Named Phyllis: A Suburban Memoir," welcomed Kim Cea, MAC and Emmy Award-winning comic from on and off-Broadway. Plus Michelle Buteau from NBC's "Last Comic Standing," Comedy Central and VH-1; Becky Donohue from Comedy Central's "Premium Blend;" and JD Cerna, the GLADD Media Award nominee for his one-man show "Not as Cute as Picture."
