Photo Flash: First Look at WOYZECK, FJF, Now Playing at New Ohio Theatre

No-Win Productions proudly presents the World Premiere of Georg Büchner's Woyzeck, FJF, adapted by Jeremy Duncan Pape and D.L. Siegel, and directed by Jeremy Duncan Pape. Woyzeck, FJF runs from February 28 - March 21, 2015 in a limited engagement at the New Ohio Theatre, located at 154 Christopher Street between Greenwich and Washington Streets in New York City. Previews begin February 28 for a March 5 opening.

Georg Büchner's modern classic Woyzeck has been radically re-imagined as the haunting story of a condemned man desperate to uncover the truth in a dangerous world. Starring James Kautz (Artistic Director of The Amoralists), No-Win's production places Woyzeck within the claustrophobic confines of a hospital. Tormented by the figures of his mind, memory and reality, he struggles to understand why he is being held, and must finally face the terrible truth of what he has done. Using Büchner's original dialogue, No-Win examines the end of a man's life through the lens of his own insurmountable madness in this riveting production of one of the most acclaimed and influential plays in the history of German theater.

Along with James Kautz (The Pied Pipers of The Lower East Side, The Bad and the Better), the cast includes Alessandro Colla (Richard III with Shakespeare in the Parking Lot, Hamlet with Bryant Park Shakespeare), Evangeline Fontaine (Twelfth Night with Shakespeare in the Parking Lot), Mackenzie Knapp, Isreal McKinney Scott and Jason Wilson.

The production team includes Alfred Schatz (Set Design), Evan Roby (Lighting Design), Lux Haac (Costume Design), Jeanne Travis (Sound Design) and Kayla Tate (Production Stage Manager).
