William Shatner's SHATNER'S WORLD: WE JUST LIVE IN IT began previews yesterday, February 14, opens February 16, and will play through March 4 at the Music Box Theater on Broadway before embarking on a national tour. A statement from the producers said: "The two-hour show will take audiences on a voyage through Shatner's life and career, from Shakespearean stage actor to internationally known icon and raconteur." Shatner's Broadway engagement will kick off a national tour of his show, for which promotional notes proclaim "Mr. Shatner, best known for his varying roles as Cpt. James T. Kirk, T.J. Hooker and Attorney Denny Crane, will be coming to a city near you this Fall. With a career spanning more than 7 decades, Mr. Shatner's career in entertainment and philanthropy work is unparalleled by any other Canadian born entertainer. Mr. Shatner will be taking attendees on a wild ride through his life and career and singing songs as only he can."

American Express cardholders will be able to buy tickets beginning today January 11. Tickets go on sale to the general public on January 21 through www.telecharge.com and are priced from $125 to $37.50. The Music Box Theatre box office opens on January 30. VIP tickets are available which include a meet and greet with William Shatner, premium seating, limited edition souvenir poster, and an autograph and photo opportunity.
