Tony Award nominee Jessica Hecht is the latest featured artist in The Creative Faces Project -- an evolving portrait and interview collective of artists inspiring the New York stage. Her photos, posted Thursday, October 9th, can be viewed below!

Obie Award winner Tracee Chimo (Lips Together Teeth Apart, The Heidi Chronicles) Tony winner Jefferson Mays (I Am My Own Wife, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder) and Academy and Tony Award winner Ellen Burstyn (Picnic, The Little Flower of East Orange) will be released in the weeks that follow.

"The day before I photographed Jessica for The Creative Faces Project, she was run over by a bike-riding-girl-scout while jogging through Central Park. Her hands were bandaged and she was in a bit of pain but her spirits were high and her sense of humor regarding the accident was wickedly funny. She invited me backstage at the Delacorte Theater, where she was doing King Lear at the time. What most impressed me about meeting Jessica was the level of generosity and respect that she showed everyone backstage.
