Disney Theatrical Productions and Stage Entertainment celebrated the European premiere of Disney's hit Broadway musical Aladdin last night at the Stage Theatre Neue Flora in Hamburg, Germany. The production was cast locally and is performed in German. Check out a first look at the cast in action below!

Produced on Broadway by Disney Theatrical Productions, Aladdin opened to critical acclaim at the New Amsterdam Theatre on March 20th, 2014 and quickly established itself as the biggest new blockbuster in recent years, already welcoming well over one million people and consistently ranking with the juggernauts Wicked and The Lion King as one of the highest-attended shows on Broadway. Following its Japanese premiere at the Shiki Theatre in Tokyo earlier this year and last night's opening at Stage Theater Neue Flora in Hamburg, the smash hit show will also have sit down productions in 2016 at the Prince Edward Theatre in London and the Capitol Theatre in Sydney, with additional new productions yet to be announced.

The German cast of Aladdin stars Richard-Salvador Wolff as Aladdin, Myrthes Monteiro as Jasmine, Enrico De Pieri as Genie and Ethan Freeman as Jafar. Aladdin's sidekicks Kassim, Babkak and Omar are played by Philipp Hägeli, Stefan Tolnai and Pedro Reichert. Eric Minsk plays Iago, and Sultan is played by Claus Dam.

The 38-member company also features Azzurra Adinolfi, Danilo Aiello, Terry Alfaro, Gregory Antemes, Mickey Junior Ayer, Alex Bellinkx, Gabriele Bruschi, Alessandro Cococcia, Rossella Contu, Fabiana Denicolo, Giovanni Johnny Galeandro, Zoe Leone Gappy,Sophia Gorgi, Kisha Howard, Vladimir Hub, Alessio Impedovo, Kristina Love, Dave Mandell, Salvatore Marchione, Laura Panzeri,Richard Patrocinio, Patrick Robinson, Jochen Schmidtke, Kris Siekerman, Mark van Beelen, Giulia Vazzoler, Andrew Walters, Tobias Weis and Kristofer Weinstein-Story.
