In the tradition of its legendary productions of Follies, Sweeney Todd, Candide, and My Fair Lady, the New York Philharmonic performs Lerner & Loewe's Camelot, May 7–10, 2008. The performances star Gabriel Byrne as King Arthur, Marin Mazzie as Guenevere, Nathan Gunn as Lancelot, joined by Christopher Lloyd, and Fran Drescher, with Stacy Keach as Merlyn, as well as a cast from the worlds of Broadway and opera. Paul Gemignani is the conductor and music supervisor; Lonny Price, the director and script adaptor; Josh Prince, the choreographer; and Thomas Z. Shepard, the producer.
