Photo Flash: Backstage at Kritzer is LuPone at Les Mouches

On Sunday night, November 26, just 12 hours before Drama Desk-nominee Leslie Kritzer (The Great American Trailer Park Musical) started rehearsals for the new Broadway musical Legally Blonde, she played to an enthusiastic SRO audience with "Leslie Kritzer is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches."
 
Backstage at Joe's Pub following the show, Kritzer was greeted by friends and colleagues including Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Spelling Bee, TV's "Class"), Kaitlin Hopkins (The Grinch That Stole Christmas) and Shirley Knight (TV's "Desperate Housewives"), "Broadway Beat" host Richie Ridge, and Tony Award-winner John Lloyd Young (Jersey Boys).

LuPone's original Les Mouches musical director/arranger David Lewis was back to lead the band in an evening directed and produced by Ben Rimalower (Joy).  The show, which was recently extended, also performs Friday, December 8th (11:30 PM) and Saturday, December 9th (11:30 PM).
