Adrienne Warren, currently starring in Bring It On the Musical, has been tapped to record the opening song for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade by Emmy winners Bill Schermerhorn & Doug Katsaros. Check out photos of her in the recording studio below!
"Adrienne has been wowing audiences with her amazing voice all summer long in the Broadway production of "Bring It On", and it's going to be thrilling for us and millions of television viewers to hear her recording of KICKIN' as those energetic Texas State University Strutters dance on Thanksgiving morning for the NBC cameras. It's always fun capture the joy of Macy's Parade through song and to feature new and dynamic performances. We're excited to have Adrienne help us kick off the Parade with dazzling style and to share her talent with us," said Bill Schermerhorn, director of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
KICKIN' an original composition by Emmy Award winners Bill Schermerhorn and Doug Katsaros, will be the opening number of the 86th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade set to air on NBC-TV on November 22nd from 9am-12pm in all time zones.
