The 2007 program will bring together "celebrated women" from the performing arts, literature, fashion, business, food, media/journalism, and sports on one runway to support the issue and prompt women to take action to protect their heart health.
The Heart Truth, a national awareness campaign for women about heart disease, is a program of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), part of the National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
