Playbill celebrated its 125th Anniversary on Monday, September 21st with a special celebration at the Bon Appétit Supper Club with special performances by Golden Globe and two-time Tony Award Winner, Bernadette Peters and Allie Trimm (Kim MacAfee in Bye Bye Birdie). Dinner was prepared by Chef Daniel Boulud, executive chef DB Bistro Moderne.
BroadwayWorld.com's cameras stopped the event to wish our fellow theatrical website the best and capture some pictures of the starry crowd.
Joining Playbill in a celebration of Broadway's past, present and future were many stars of the stage and screen including: Gina Gershon (Bye Bye Birdie, Boeing-Boeing), John Stamos (Bye Bye Birdie, Cabaret), Lynn Redgrave (Nightingale), Michael McKean (Superior Donuts), Cheyenne Jackson (Finian's Rainbow, Xanadu), Mark-Paul Gosselaar (The Understudy), Justin Kirk (Weeds, The Understudy), Anna Chlumsky (My Girl, Unconditional), and others.
