The New England Theatre Conference (NETC) honored Stephen Schwartz (WICKED), Joanna Gleason and Gregory Jbara (DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS) and Rick McKay (BROADWAY: THE GOLDEN AGE) and others at their annual convention on Saturday, November 18, 2006. The ceremony took place at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale hosted by BroadwayWorld.com's own TJ Fitzgerald.
The awards are presented annually to recognize excellence in theatre by indivduals and organzations. The following is a list of the award receipients for this years convention:

The New England Theatre Conference, Inc. is a non-profit Corporation, composed of individuals and organizations in the six-State region of New England, who are active or interested in the performing arts. It recognizes the unique identity of each organization subscribing to it, and acknowledges its reliance on the individuals, artists, scholars, teachers, students, and practitioners who comprise its membership.
