Playwrights Horizons presents THE GREAT GOD PAN, the World Premiere of a new play by Obie Award winner Amy Herzog (After the Revolution at PH, 4000 Miles), directed by Carolyn Cantor (After the Revolution and Essential Self-Defense at PH, Pumpgirl, Orange Water Flower).
The cast will feature Becky Ann Baker (Good People, All My Sons, Assassins), Tony Award nominee and Obie Award winner Peter Friedman (Ragtime, PH’s The Shaggs, After the Revolution, Circle Mirror Transformation and The Heidi Chronicles), Olivier Award nominee Sarah Goldberg (Clybourne Park in London and the PH production on Broadway, The Dark Knight Rises), Keith Nobbs (Lombardi, columbinus, Lortel Award and Drama Desk nominee for Four), Joyce Van Patten (I Ought to Be in Pictures, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Rumors) and Erin Wilhelmi (The Girl from Nowhere, Likeness). Due to a scheduling conflict, Ms. Van Patten will assume the role for the previously-announced Judith Ivey.
