A portion of the proceeds from the March 30, evening performance of La Cage at the Marquis benefited The Trevor Project, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention among gay and questioning teens. A reception was held afterwards at Tony's Di Napoli Time Square hosted by the show's stars Gary Beach, Gavin Creel and Michael Benjamin Washington. At the reception, a portrait of composer Jerry Herman was unveilved for the restaurant's Broadway Wall of Fame.
