On November 2nd, David Hasselhoff guest starred in Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me.
The star, who was recently announced to play Roger De Bris in the Las Vegas production of The Producers, took part in comic hijinks with the cast and submitted to an interview by Jiminy Glick.
Hasselhoff, known internationally for his work as Lt. Mitch Buchannon on "Baywatch," made his Broadway debut in Jekyll & Hyde and has since then, appeared as Billy Flynn in the West End production of Chicago. The actor, whose other TV credits include "Knight Rider" and the reality show "America's Got Talent," has also had success with a pop music career in Germany and other European countries.
Fame Becomes Me, which plays the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, "features Short in a comic tour de force guiding us through an improbable version of his life story. Backed by a brilliant cast of top Broadway performers (who constantly steal focus from Mr. Short when he's not looking), Short's transparent play for love and attention asks the burning question, does an autobiography really have to be true?," state press materials.
