Some of Broadway's best opened the 52nd season of the Broadway Softball League on Thursday, May 25th at Central Park's Great Lawn Softball Fields.
Jenn Gambatese (Tarzan), Felicia Finley (The Wedding Singer), Sutton Foster (The Drowsy Chaperone), Shuler Hensley (Tarzan), and Josh Strickland (Tarzan), Patrick Wilson (Barefoot in the Park) were all on hand to throw out the first pitches of the season. In addition, teams from Actor's Fund/LAB, Avenue Q, Festen, Hairspray, Jersey Boys, Lestat, The Phantom of the Opera, Ring of Fire, The Wedding Singer, and Wicked were on hand to play later on.
