The Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction is the biggest day of the year for Broadway fans and this year's festive outdoor market was a day filled with unique showbiz treasures up for auction. Free and open to the public, the annual event took place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the heart of the theater district, along West 44th Street (between Broadway and Eighth Avenue) and in Shubert Alley.

Last year, the Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction raised a record-breaking $681,892, bringing the event's 26-year total to $9,870,369. Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is one of the nation's leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations. By drawing upon the talents, resources and generosity of the American theater community since 1988, BC/EFA has raised more than $225 million for essential services for people with AIDS and other critical illnesses across the United States.

Broadway Cares awards annual grants to more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations nationwide and is the major supporter of the social service programs at The Actors Fund, including the HIV/AIDS Initiative, the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative and the AlHirschfeld Free Health Clinic.
