Photo Coverage: 24 Hour Plays in London

On Sunday, October 8th at the Old Vic, Vince Vaughn, Anthony Head, Patricia Hodge, Greta Scacchi and more starred in the "24 Hour Plays Celebrity Gala." An after-party took place at the Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel.

The evening was hosted by Catherine Tate, with an introduction by Old Vic artistic director Kevin Spacey. Money was raised to support the Old Vic's New Voices youth theatre program. In the internationally known 24 Hour Plays series, short plays are written, rehearsed and performed within the span of 24 hours. Simon Farquhar, Bryony Lavery, Colin Teevan and Sally Wainwright were among the playwrights who participated, while directors included Nikolai Foster, Josie Rourke and Bijan Sheibani.
