This fall season convertible has become a revolution. Golden Cut, an innovative company founded by three friends and headed by Mila Zolotaryova, is introducing a collection made entirely of unique convertible garments.
The first piece to launch the collection is the MetroTude dress. Although, the MetroTude is not available in the stores yet, you can pre order it on their website or by supporting MetroTude campaign on Kickstarter. Unlike the typical and now somewhat overdone convertible dress, MetroTude is a transformation in convertible fashion. Multi - seasonal, reversible, versatile, comfortable, and most of all affordable, it is a hassle-free yet absolutely stylish alternative to the run-of-the mill convertible fashion.
The dress is four garments in one – a dress, a top, a shawl, and a scarf – and can be worn in over 15 ways. And while most convertible fashion breaks the $100 range, MetroTude is made for the every day, every size woman who wants that extra something in her wardrobe, yet doesn’t want to break the bank. The dress retails for much less then 100$.
MetroTude team understands the average woman because they are the average women. Mothers, students, and innovators, the founders know that women never seem to have enough clothes and are always buying something new, constantly searching for the next best thing.
“As a clothing and graphic designer, I knew there was a way to create clothing that women would enjoy wearing and need at the same time,” says Mila “This garment came out as an ideal piece of clothing every woman would desire.”
The project is now being brought to life through Kickstarter - the largest crowd funding platform, where is the first piece of the collection, MetroTude is already garnering attention and a market. With their passion and open minded approach to convertible clothing, what began as a community funded project by three friends will quickly become a revolution in fashion.
Founded in May, 2012 The Golden Cut is taking a fresh a modern approach to the on-the-go woman’s wardrobe. Creating and designing everything themselves, they are bringing to life an entire wardrobe of pieces-transformers for the hidden fashionista inside every woman.
