Pete Sanders Joins O&M Co

Pete Sanders, veteran Press Agent and former President of The Pete Sanders Group, has joined O&M Co., it was announced today by Rick Miramontez, President. Sanders will handle an eclectic client list that includes Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, dining and nightlife venues, as well as individuals.

"Pete and I go back longer than either of us cares to admit, and I know that his wealth of experience and unique point of view will greatly enhance my office," said Rick Miramontez. "He is one of the greats in this business and I'm delighted he's on the team."

Sanders joins a team that also includes Chief Relations Officer Jon Dimond, Creative Director Andy Snyder, Senior Account Executives Molly Barnett, Philip Carrubba and Ryan Ratelle, and Account Executives Scott Braun, Chelsea Nachman, Marie Pace, and Elizabeth Wagner.

Pete Sanders has been in the business for over 20 years and has handled over 50 Broadway, off-Broadway and touring shows, many Tony Award winning, including Spring Awakening; Chicago; Xanadu; Thurgood with Lawrence Fishburne; Journey's End; Annie Get Your Gun with Bernadette Peters and Reba McEntire Wonderful Town, Peter Pan, Falsettos, Whoopi: The 20th Anniversary Show, Mario Cantone, Nunsense, Full Gallop, Thom Pain (based on nothing), Private Lives, Another American Asking & Telling, Tommy Tune Tonight and A Tuna Christmas . He has worked with Jewish Repertory Theatre, MCC, The Actors Fund, and handled the launch of Broadway .com. Pete represented designer Tommy Hilfiger for 12 years and also ate at and represented restaurants including Triomphe, Bond 45, Thalia and Les Halles. His current clients include personal clients, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Lynda Carter, Marsha Mason, MSNBC's Thomas Roberts, the Magnet Theatre, the Storm Theatre Company, and the upcoming Allegiance which just closed a record breaking run at the Old Globe Theatre. After closing his own company, The Pete Sanders Group after 13 years, Pete went on to open Howard Bragman's 15 Minutes PR office in NYC, then became VP at JS2 Communications, a bi-coastal public relations company.
