Riverside Opera Company, presents "Super Voices" Sunday, May 6 at 3 p.m. at the Music Hall at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden, Staten Island. Singing favorite opera and pop music pieces are four winners of open auditions held this past February that drew over 50 performers to midtown Manhattan. The singers are accompanied by a full symphony orchestra conducted by Maestro Alan Aurelia and special guest artists from the Curtis and Susan Wagner High School Choruses.

The Super Voices featured singers are: Roseanne Ackerley, soprano has been hailed by critics as a singer with "commendable stage presence" and "personal sparkle," she has sung the title role of Suor Angelica with Miami Lyric Opera and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni with Vocal Productions, New York City. This past season Ackerley was the soprano soloist in Rossini's Petite Messe Solenelle with the Westchester Chorale, Micaela in Carmen with New Rochelle Opera, Desdemona in Otello and Magda in La rondine with Opera Company of Brooklyn.
Holly Sorensen, mezzo soprano has often been hailed as a true mezzo soprano known for her rich, colorful and expressive timbre. Her repertoire ranges from dramatic leading mezzo roles, to comic Rossini. She has performed as Dalila in Samson et Dalila with St. Petersburg Opera. Some other stage credits include the title role in Carmen, The Mother in Hansel in Gretel and Suzuki in Madame Butterfly
Iris Karlin, soprano is an internationally acclaimed soprano, musician and actress, who is also an IDF officer in reserve. She is praised for her rare combination of stage presence and musicianship from critics and conductors alike. She is a versatile leading singer singing opera, operetta, contemporary and musical theater in the tri-state area, where she has been performing with leading opera companies and orchestras.
Seunghwan Oh, tenor was born in Seoul, South Korea made his debut in Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall as the winner of the Barry Alexander International Vocal Competition in 2010, and he was also 1st Winner in the Eastern Region of the Metropolitan Opera National Council in the same year. After that, he completed his military service and his talent gained attention in the US, Korea, Japan, Italy and Austria
