The Peccadillo Theater Company will hold its annual benefit, in support of its upcoming production of Lillian Hellman's Another Part of the Forest, on Monday evening, April 12th, at the historic Players Club located at 16 Gramercy Park South. This year, Peccadillo will be honoring TONY and Academy Award-winning actor, Patricia Neal, with Peccadillo's Legends of the American Theater Award. Ms. Neal won the first-ever TONY Award for her performance as "Regina Hubbard" in Lillian Hellman's Another Part of the Forest (1946), the rarely seen "prequel" to The Little Foxes. She also appeared on Broadway in the original production of The Miracle Worker (1959) and, on screen, in The Fountainhead (1949) opposite Gary Cooper and in Hud (1963) with Paul Newman for which she won an Academy Award. The evening includes open bar, hors d'oeuvres service and jazz piano music.

The highlight of the festivities on April 12th and in honor of Peccadillo's upcoming revival of Another Part of the Forest, Ms. Neal will be interviewed by documentary filmmaker, Rick McKay (Broadway: the Golden Age). Mr. McKay will be asking Ms. Neal about the highlights of her long and illustrious career as well as about her friendship of many years with legendary playwright, Lillian Hellman.

For over 15 years, The Peccadillo Theater Company has been producing revivals of classic American theater such as Counsellor-at-law by Elmer Rice (OBIE & Lucille Lortel Awards), Room Service by John Murray & Allen Boretz and The Ladies of the Corridor by Dorothy Parker & Arnaud D'Usseau. Peccadillo also produces original material such as the musical The Talk of the Town (MAC nomination) which ran for over a year in the Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel and Zero Hour, now running at the D.R.2 Theatre on Union Square.

Tickets are $150 per person, $250 per couple (80% of the admission fee is tax deductible.) For tickets: 212.633.6533 or www.thepeccadillo.com
