The Playhouse Pink Waffle (a pink waffle with strawberries and whipped cream), with coffee, tea or juice is $10. The Decadent Dark Chocolate Waffle, along with a mimosa or strawberry champagne cocktail, is $15. Entree salads and waffle-branded sliders are available from the a la carte menu.

Jen Slaw and
Michael Karas have performed together with the
Little Orchestra Society at Lincoln Center, an
American Express corporate conference in Orlando and at Victorian Gardens in Central Park. Separately, Jen recently appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman, where Letterman declared, "Her dexterity and alacrity of juggling behind her back impressed me enough to say I believe that was something." Michael twice won First Place at the famed
Apollo Theatre competition. He placed second in their "Super Top Dog" competition, the Apollo's annual season finale.
Michael Karas (creator/performer) is an international award-winning juggler with over 10 years of experience in the variety arts/theater industry. Recently, he was honored to perform at the White House in the fall of 2010. He appeared with co-star
Jen Slaw at Lincoln Center in 2010 and 2011 in conjunction with The Little Orchestra. Michael has three 1st place awards from the International Juggling Association and has appeared on the cover of JUGGLE magazine. He has toured and appeared off-Broadway with The
Flying Karamazov Brothers and was a part of the 2010 NYC International Fringe Festival with Playing By Air. In addition to Perfect Catch, Michael has directed and co-directed three other theatrical juggling shows: Green, Adytum, and Playing By Air. When he's not appearing in variety shows all over New York City, Michael also finds time for outreach, teaching children how to juggle through the Big Apple Circus' "Family Fun Fest" on Governor's Island.

Jen Slaw (creator/performer) is a recipient of the International Jugglers' Association's (IJA) Three Ball Award for creativity and innovation. She's juggled with actor
Patrick Dempsey on Good Morning America and taught Captain "Sully" Sullenberger to juggle at the award-winning Miracle on the Hudson Reunion event. She was a featured speaker at the 2011 TEDx conference in Princeton, NJ, and designs custom presentations and interactive workshops that use juggling to inspire and illustrate creativity, teamwork, balance, achievement, productivity, and being open to new possibilities. Jen has entertained audiences of all ages for a variety of corporate, educational, and private clients including FAO Schwarz, NYC Fashion Week, and
Cirque du Soleil. She is a regular at Monday Night Magic, New York's longest running Off-Broadway magic show. As a performer, she's appeared at Joe's Pub (Magic in the Park), La MaMa (Variety Night),
HERE Arts Center (
Parallel Exit's Move It) and BAM (with Bindlestiff Family Cirkus). In 2010, Jen was named Executive Director of Jiggling Life Inc,, a New Jersey based non-profit with a mission to engage, inspire, and emotionally heal ill and underprivileged children through juggling workshops and entertaining performance art shows.
