'Our Sinatra' Returns for Open-Ended Run at The Songbook

Jack Lewin will present Our Sinatra: A Musical Celebration with previews beginning Friday, November 16 and an official opening on Tuesday, November 20. The production is slated for an open-ended run at The Songbook Theater at Broadway Comedy Club (318 W 53rd St.).

After two sold out national tours and many productions around the country, Our Sinatra will feature Christopher Gines, Harmony Keeney and Elliot Roth. Directed by Kurt Stamm, the production team includes Richard Maltby, Jr. (Production Supervisor) and Robert Cangemi (Lighting Design). Our Sinatra is produced by Jack Lewin.

"Our Sinatra is a celebration of the magic and music of the legendary Frank Sinatra. The show features over 50 Sinatra classics including such songs from his early years as All or Nothing (his very first recording), I'll Never Smile Again and Oh, Look at Me Now, from his movie career (My Kind of Town, All the Way), his saloon songs (One for My Baby, In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning ) and his hits from the 50s &60s (Night and Day, Fly Me to the Moon, The Lady is a Tramp)," describe press notes.

Conceived by Eric Comstock, Hilary Kole and Christopher Gines, Our Sinatra originally opened at the Algonquin Hotel's famed Oak Room in August of 1999 before it was expanded as an Off-Broadway show at the Blue Angel Theatre in December of 1999. It then moved to the Reprise Room at Dillon's in August of 2000 where it finished its run in July 2002. Our Sinatra most recently played off-Broadway at the legendary Birdland and at Feinstein's at the Regency. The show has amassed over 1300 performances in New York alone.

Performances of Our Sinatra are on Monday and Tuesday at 8PM, Wednesday at 2:30PM & 8PM, Friday at 7:30PM, Saturday at 2:30PM and Sunday at 3PM & 7:30 PM.

Food and drinks are available at all performances. There is NO "minimum" food and drink requirement.

The Songbook Theatre at Broadway Comedy Club is located at 318 West 53rd St. (btw 8th and 9th Aves) just west of 8th Avenue.
