The third concert this season in Town Hall's critically acclaimed Broadway by the Year series, The Broadway Musicals of 1968, will take place on Monday, May 1st with the Tony Nominated star of The Producers, Brad Oscar, as its director. He will star in the show alongside a handpicked all-star cast of Broadway and cabaret performers. Cohan Tonight! star, Jonny Peterson.

Scott Siegel, who created Broadway by the Year for Town Hall and produces, writes, and hosts its four concerts per season, said, "I'm delighted to have Brad Oscar make his New York directorial debut with The Broadway Musicals of 1968. With Bryan Batt directing our last show of the season on June 19, The Broadway Musicals of 1978, we will have concluded a season in which all four concerts will have been directed by some of Broadway's greatest acting talent [Marc Kudisch and Emily Skinner directed the first two shows of the season, respectively]."

Some of the shows from which music will be drawn for the May 1st concert includes Hair, The Happy Time, Darling of the Day, Golden Rainbow, George M!, New Faces of 1968, Her First Roman, Zorba, and Promises Promises.

Tickets are available at The Town Hall box office from noon to 6 pm every day but Sunday or they can be purchased at TicketMaster: 212-307-4100.
