On Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 4PM, organist Nancianne Parrella, joined by violinist Jorge Ávila, harpist Victoria Drake and cellist Arthur Fiacco, will perform a program of original works and transcriptions. Long-standing audience favorites, Organ Plus! Recitals celebrate the versatility of the organ with various combinations of instruments. The program on March 4 features works for organ, violin, harp and cello by Boccherini, Lalo, Grandjany, Franck, Bloch, Vierne, Duruflé, Mahler and more.
Organ Plus! Recitals are part of the N.P. Mander Organ Recital Series of Sacred Music in a Sacred Space concerts at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola.
All recitals on the N.P. Mander Organ Recital Series are enhanced with large-screen video projection.
