Bernard Telsey Casting is seeking exciting new talent for the upcoming Las Vegas production of the hit Broadway musical HAIRSPRAY, opening in February 2006 at the Luxor Theater.

An open casting call for all roles is being held on Sunday, September 25 from 10:30am until 4:00pm at Backstage Dance Studio II, 3425 Backstage Blvd. in Las Vegas (at Desert Inn and I95; first street west of Boulder Highway).  Sign-in begins at 10:00am.

Please prepare 16 bars of a 1960s-style uptempo pop song to sing a cappella.  If you know a song selection from HAIRSPRAY, please sing it.  

There will be no dancing at this audition; everyone must sing.  Bring sheet music in case you are asked to sing with piano.  Bring a photo (snapshots are OK) and a resume stapled together.

Equity and non-Equity performers are welcome; no previous theatrical experience is necessary.
